My culinary journey spans classical Spanish cuisine, modern Pan-Asian, and Peruvian ceviche, with additional training in pastry and flame techniques.
Currently working at Crown’s exclusive lounge, I have developed and presented premium tasting menus and luxurious afternoon teas. I bring not only strong kitchen leadership and creativity, but also a deep understanding of food safety, team dynamics, and high-pressure service environments.
With my passion and accumulated experience, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and have been the proud owner of Gusto Thai Restaurant for over a year.
