We are seeking a creative and experienced Menu Writer and Planner to join our team at . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and developing menus that reflect the restaurant's brand and appeal to our customers. Responsibilities: Conduct research on food trends and ingredients to create innovative and appealing menu offerings. Develop menu items that are consistent with the restaurant's brand, image, and style. Plan menus in collaboration with the executive chef, ensuring that all dishes are well-balanced, visually appealing, and prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Write clear and concise menu descriptions that accurately represent each dish and its ingredients. Design menu layouts that are easy to read, visually appealing, and consistent with the restaurant's brand. Manage menu updates and changes based on customer feedback, ingredient availability, and seasonality. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns around new menu items. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in menu planning and writing. Knowledge of culinary trends and ingredients. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in menu design software and/or graphic design tools.
